These cases are calendared for trial at the special session of the Court scheduled to commence on August 14, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
On August 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion in Limine to Exclude from Evidence the Report and Affidavit of Jamed Douglas Bremner, M.D., and a Motion in Limine to Exclude from Evidence Testimony from Petitioners About Facts and Circumstances After April 4, 2017.
