On February 10, 2023, respondent filed a status report which states that currently, respondent's counsel and petitioner's counsel in the case at Docket No. 6470-18 are negotiating below-the-line stipulations in the decision in that case. Respondent is currently holding the signed decision in the case at Docket No. 6298-18 until the decision in the case at Docket No. 6470-18 is signed. Respondent's counsel and petitioner's counsel in the case at Docket No. 6470-18 believe that they will agree to below-the-line stipulations in the decision in that case shortly, and they anticipate that signed decisions can be submitted to the Court within two weeks of the filing of the report.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before March 13, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
