On April 4, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the call, the parties advised that they are making progress and narrowing the issues in these consolidated cases.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that on or before August 5, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separately, if preferred) either advising the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement or setting forth the issues remaining for trial and recommending a schedule for further proceedings in these cases.
