These consolidated cases are set for trial at the Court's upcoming Memphis, Tennessee trial session commencing on April 4, 2022. On March 2, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial in these consolidated cases.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance of trial filed on April 2, 2022, is granted and these cases are stricken for trial from the Court's Memphis, Tennessee trial session. It is further
ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over these cases. It is further
ORDERED that a pretrial conference in this matter is scheduled for April 4, 2022, at 1:30PM at the Court's Memphis TN trial session to be held in chambers. If preferred, the parties may appear remotely by telephone. At this pretrial conference, parties are expected to be prepared to confer with the Court regarding a future trial date, proposed stipulations of fact, discovery deadlines, motion deadlines, and otherwise be prepared to assist in the preparation of these cases for trial or possible disposition of these cases in full, or in part, without trial.
