On April 18, 2023, the Michigan Supreme Court remanded this case to this Court "for consideration of whether the plaintiffs complied with MCL 436.1801(3)." Dakaj v Deters, ___Mich___; ___N.W.2d___ (April 18, 2023, Docket No. 142765). Upon reconsideration, the application for leave to appeal is GRANTED, limited to whether plaintiffs complied with MCL 436.1801(3), i.e., defendant's Issue #2 in its application for leave to appeal. In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED. The time for taking further steps in this appeal runs from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. MCR 7.205(E)(3).
