This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Nashville, Tennessee, trial session, on April 8, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. During the proceeding, the Court was notified that a basis for settlement has been reached.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 8, 2024, the parties shall file proposed stipulated decision documents or a joint status report indicating the-then present status of this case.
