On June 24, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Redacted Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption and concurrently lodged the Redacted Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption. On June 24, 2022, petitioner also filed a Motion for Leave to File Redacted Petition and concurrently lodged the redacted petition. Petitioner states in the motions that the two unredacted documents at issue contain confidential taxpayer information that should be protected. Petitioner also states that respondent has no objection to the granting of either motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motions are granted in that petitioner's Redacted Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption and petitioner's redacted petition shall be filed as of the date of service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the petition, filed December 28, 2020, and petitioner's Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption, filed August 13, 2021, are sealed from public view and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
