ESTATE OF THOMAS COLELLA, DECEASED MARILYN COLELLA, ADMINISTRATRIX, & MARILYN COLELLA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 16, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the first paragraph of the Proposed Stipulated Decision incorrectly refers to petitioners in the singular, as "petitioner." Because of this typographical error, the Court is unable to process the Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration of the above, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2024, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
