ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to withdraw as counsel for Julian Holts and Michael Morgan is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the Court's records shall reflect Mr. Holts and Mr. Morgan represent themselves until such time as counsel appears on their behalf. Attorney Linda D. Fegins continues to represent appellant City of Detroit. To allow appellants Holts and Morgan time to retain substitute counsel, the time to file appellants' docketing statements and briefs on appeal is extended until 35 days after the Clerk's certification of this order.
