Upon due consideration of the joint status report filed by the Dahlia Dumas, Public Administrator as Temporary Administrator, and respondent on October 14, 2022, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of above-docketed case, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 21, 2023, file with the Court a further written joint report advising of the then-current status of this proceeding, in particular the progress made towards resolution, by settlement or otherwise, of the issues raised in this matter.
