On May 4, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 37). On July 7, 2023, respondent filed a Cross Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 41) along with a Memorandum in Support of Respondent's Cross Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 42). Also on July 7, 2023, respondent filed an Objection to Petitioner's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 43).

On July 28, 2023, petitioner filed a Reply to Respondent's Objection (Doc. 45). On August 17, 2023, petitioner filed an Objection and Response to Respondent's Motion (Doc. 47). On September 11, 2023, respondent filed a Reply to Petitioner's Response (Doc. 50).

The Court would benefit from oral argument to resolve the matters presented in the motion papers. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for oral argument on the parties' cross Motions for Partial Summary Judgment at the Court's February 21, 2024, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceedings that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceedings.
