EDGAR A. DAMAS ESTACO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent
ORDER
Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge
On April 24, 2023, petitioner filed a Redacted Petition. The redacted petition was accompanied by a reference list of redacted information containing identifying information with respect to the target taxpayer in this case. Because of the confidential nature of the information contained in the reference list, that document must be sealed from public view. The Court, however, inadvertently filed those two separate documents as one docket entry as a Redacted Petition (Doc. 7).
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Redacted Petition, filed April 24, 2023, at Doc. 7, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that the Redacted Petition, filed April 24, 2023, at Doc. 7, is sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy pages 1 through 11 of the Redacted Petition, filed April 24, 2023, at Doc. 7, and file those pages as a separate docket entry as a Redacted Petition. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy page 12 of the Redacted Petition, filed April 24, at Doc. 8, and file it under seal as a separate docket entry as a Reference List of Redacted Information for Redacted Petition. Furthermore, the just-described document shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by Order of the Court.
