STIPULATED REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL AND ORDER


THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREE pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that all claims in this matter be dismissed with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

The Court retains jurisdiction over this action to enforce terms in or dispute over the parties' License Agreement and Mutual Release.

The Court retains jurisdiction over the settlement agreement executed by the parties.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
