Appellant having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Robert A. Cohen, Esq., for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 24, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Eugene W. Lane, Esq., dated December 23, 2016, the affidavit of Robert A. Cohen, Esq., sworn to December 22, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Robert A. Cohen, Esq. is admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal.
