          CIVIL MINUTES - GENERAL

          Honorable ANDRé BIROTTE JR.

         Proceedings: [In Chambers] Order Regarding Status Report

         In light of the Court's Order denying Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 46), the Court hereby ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report no later than November 17, 2014 on the status of discovery, the parties' positions on filing dispositive motions ( i.e., motions for summary judgment), and the parties' preferred method of mandatory alternative dispute resolution ( see Local Rule 16-15). The parties shall attach to the joint status report a completed Schedule of Pretrial and Trial Dates Worksheet, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
