ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was originally calendared for trial on January 16, 2024, during the Trial Session of the Court in Lubbock, Texas. By Order of the Court dated December 29, 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On July 29, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a resolution and are currently awaiting proper penalty calculations. Respondent also informed the Court that they are in the process of abating a portion of the penalties applied to Petitioner's account and will prepare decision documents upon posting of the abatement(s) to Petitioner's account. Respondent requested an additional forty-five (45) days in which to submit decision documents.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 16, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents.
