On June 26, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a resolution as to all issues in this case and that a trial is no longer necessary. Respondent informed the Court that the penalty amounts included in the proposed stipulated decision were incorrect, and calculations for the proper penalty amounts have been requested. Respondent requested an additional thirty (30) days in which to submit decision documents.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 1, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents.
