Emin Toro, Judge.

On April 19, 2023, petitioner filed a Status Report (Doc. 38). On April 24, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 37). The Court would benefit from holding an evidentiary hearing on jurisdictional issues raised in this case.

The Court expects the parties to be prepared to present their evidence and arguments as efficiently as possible during the session commencing October 10, 2023, if the case cannot be otherwise disposed of prior to that date. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for an evidentiary hearing on the jurisdictional issues raised in the case during the Court's October 10, 2023, San Francisco, California, trial session, scheduled to take place in Room 2-1408, Burton Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California, 94102, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
