Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including a current certificate of good standing from the court or other body responsible for regulating admission to the practice of law in the state in which Christopher Byrnes maintains his principal office for the practice of law (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]).
