Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed February 23, 2023, by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that, upon further review of the petition filed in this case and the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee attached thereto, the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case is waived, and petitioner is no longer required to pay such amount.
