This case is currently set for trial at the Court's September 20, 2021, Kansas City, Missouri, remote trial session. On August 10, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness (Doc. 19), noting that petitioner's civil penalty liabilities for the periods at issue have been paid in full and the proposed levy to collect the liabilities is no longer necessary. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness is granted, and this case is dismissed on the ground of mootness. See Greene-Thapedi v. Commissioner, 126 T.C. 1 (2006).
