This case was heard on May 13, 2024, during the Trial Session of the Court in Des Moines, Iowa. There was no appearance by or on behalf of Petitioners. Counsel for Respondent appeared and was heard. The Court retained jurisdiction of this case at that time.
On April 2, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 16). Upon the Court's review, a clerical error was discovered. On May 17, 2024, the Court issued an Order requiring the parties to submit corrected decision documents, a status report, or another appropriate motion on or before June 12, 2024. On June 10, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that a corrected decision document had been sent to Petitioners, and he was awaiting the signed document. On July 26, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 23).
For cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 16, filed with the Court on April 2, 2024, is stricken and shall not be made viewable as part of the record of this case.
