Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 21, 2011, and February 29, 2012, and respondent Erie County Department of Social Services having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve its brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Joseph T. Jarzembek, Esq., sworn to April 22, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondent submit ten copies of its brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 21, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
