Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a motor vehicle accident allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendants, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven at Meriden, where the court, Burns, J., granted the named defendant's motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
