ORDER

On January 26, 2016, we directed appellant to show cause in writing that either the filing fee has been paid or that appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the filing fee. On February 11, 2016, appellant filed a response indicating that he has remitted payment for the filing fee. Accordingly, we ORDER that the clerk's record and the reporter's record be filed on or before February 22, 2016.
