Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the questions of defendants' negligence and plaintiffs' freedom from contributory negligence should have been submitted to the jury. No opinion. Jenks, P.J., Hirschberg, Burr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
