Case No. 02 Civ. 3908 (TPG)

OPINION

In May 2002 plaintiff filed a motion for preliminary and permanent injunction to stay arbitration. The motion has been held in abeyance because the court has been repeatedly advised that the matter is otherwise being disposed of.

It is not appropriate to hold the motion on the docket any longer. it is denied without prejudice to renewal for good cause shown.
