On December 30, 2010, Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") and Defendant Fisher Nut Company ("Fisher Nut") filed their Stipulation to Continue Scheduling Conference and Further Extend the Time for Defendant to Answer or Otherwise Respond to the Complaint with the Court. Having considered that Stipulation, and good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered the Defendant has until March 1, 2011, to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint; the Scheduling Conference currently set for January 11, 2011, is continued to March 10, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Sheila K. Oberto.
