We grant appellant's petition for belated appeal of the order summarily denying his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.853 motion, and affirm the summary denial. See Epps v. State, 28 Fla. L. Weekly D309 (Fla. 4th DCA Jan. 22, 2003); Reighn v. State, 834 So.2d 252 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002).
