Appeals and a cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 16, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03478) and an appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the same court, entered on or about July 21, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03480), and said appeals and cross appeal having been perfected, And proposed amici curiae John F. Coyle, William S. Dodge and Robin Effron having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted, movants are directed to serve one copy of their brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon all parties to the appeal, and to file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of their brief, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9, within 15 days of the entry of this order.
