Shyam K. Enuganti & Sailaja Enuganti Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On August 27, 2021, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review, the proposed stipulated decision erroneously refers to the "agreement" of the parties, rather than to the stipulation of the parties. In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision, filed August 27, 2021, are stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 26, 2021, the parties shall filed revised stipulated decision documents.
