Application for order directing the pro hac vice admission of Kevin P. Martin, Esq., attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, pursuant to section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Kevin P. Martin, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellants upon the appeal.
