This case is calendared for trial at the Washington, District of Columbia, trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 30, 2023.

On March 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the basis that petitioner has fully paid the tax liability for the two tax periods at issue. In the motion, respondent states petitioner objects to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed March 3, 2023, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion.
