MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant filed his notice of appeal on June 26, 2003. The record was due July 26, 2003. To date, no record has been filed in this appeal. The Court was orally notified that the trial court granted a new trial in the underlying case. By letter dated November 12, 2003, the Court notified the parties that the appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution if they did not file a motion to dismiss within ten days of the date of the letter. To date, no motion to dismiss or objection to dismissal has been filed by either party. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
