An attorney is entitled to recover fair and reasonable compensation for his services. Appeal of Ennis, 84 Conn. 610 (1911). The burden is on the plaintiff attorney to prove his case.
"If the amount of the fee was not controlled by contract, the appellant was only entitled to receive fair and reasonable compensation." "There are several factors which may properly be considered in determining the amount to be allowed as reasonable compensation to an attorney.
