This case is calendared on the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On March 4, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. On March 21, 2022, the parties filed a First Supplemental Stipulation of Settled Issues. The Stipulation of Settled Issues and First Supplemental Stipulation of Settled Issues together resolve all issues in this case. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further
