Upon consideration, appellee's motion to strike appellant's amended notice of appeal is granted, and the amended notice of appeal is hereby stricken.

ORDERED that appellee's motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed as premature and unauthorized, without prejudice to file an appeal upon the issuance of a final order or judgment.

Upon consideration of appellee's motion for attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is conditionally granted under the prevailing party provision of the marital settlement agreement and remanded to the trial court to fix amount.
