MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated July 5, 2005, this Court notified appellants Jay English and Jay English Associates, P.C. that their brief was overdue. The Court directed appellants to file, within ten days, both appellants' brief and an extension motion that complied with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.1. Appellants were warned that failure to file the brief and extension motion would result in dismissal of the appeal.

As of today's date, appellants have not filed their brief or an extension motion. Moreover, we note that the last communication received by appellants in this appeal was December 2004.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b).
