An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 20, 2020,
And defendant-appellant having separately moved for an order (1) pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) and CPLR 2201 staying the time for Shulton to perfect its pending appeal (M-2021-02775), and (2) granting an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal (M-2021-02776), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2022 Term, with leave to seek additional extensions, if necessary.
