TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
Plaintiff KRISTINA ENGLISH (“Plaintiff”) accepted FCA U.S. LLC's Offer of Judgment Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 68 March 7, 2023.
Accordingly, the Court enters JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $120,000.00 pursuant to the terms of the Rule 68 Offer. (The Court does so in response to the submission at ECF No. 25. The Court understands that the submission at ECF No. 24 was made in error.)
