Appellant has not paid the filing fee of $ 125. Appellant was warned by letter dated March 6, 2003 that failure to pay the filing fee within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of his appeal. Appellant has not filed a docketing statement in this appeal. Appellant was warned by letter dated March 6, 2003 that failure to file the docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letter may result in dismissal of this appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) and (c).
