ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On November 9, 2021, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision appears to be signed on behalf of respondent by an attorney who has not entered an appearance in this proceeding. It is also unclear who in fact signed the decision and whether such individual corresponds to the information in the signature block. The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2021, the attorney signing the Proposed Stipulated Decision for respondent shall file an Entry of Appearance in this case. The Court would also expect the parties to submit a new Proposed Stipulated Decision if necessary to clarify the record.
