MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed May 6, 2003. The clerk's record was filed on September 9, 2003. After failing to provide proof of payment for the reporter's record, this Court ordered appellant to file her brief by October 28, 2003. No brief was filed.
