Order unanimously modified to the extent of granting plaintiff's motion for an injunction pendente lite, enjoining the sale, transfer, mortgage or other disposition of the business and property of Neuhoff Neuhoff, Inc., by defendants and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to appellant. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
