ORDER

Per Curiam:

Professor Thomas Greg Engel appeals a Boone County Circuit Court judgment sustaining the summary-judgment motion filed by Mr. Kenneth Dean in a dispute over actions taken in 2010-2012 in a failed effort by faculty to remove Dr. Engel’s tenured status at the University of Missouri-Columbia. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
