THOMAS ENDRIZZI, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

By Order served August 26, 2022, the Court granted respondent's Motion to Remand and remanded this case to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration. The Court should be able to review the Supplemental Notice in its entirety.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 17, 2023, the parties shall file a supplemental status report attaching a complete, unobscured copy of the supplemental notice of determination.
