End v. End

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 1, 1928
225 App. Div. 686 (N.Y. App. Div. 1928)

Opinion

November, 1928.

Order reversed upon the law, with costs, verdict reinstated and judgment directed to be entered thereon, with costs. In our opinion the evidence introduced by defendant as to her relations with plaintiff was properly received as showing conduct on his part inconsistent with his claim. Rich, Young, Seeger and Scudder, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P.J., dissents.
