The parties filed a joint motion to vacate the trial court's judgment and dismiss the case. We grant the motion. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(A), 43.2(e). All attorneys' fees and costs of court in the trial court and on appeal are taxed against the party who incurred them. The clerk of this court is ordered to immediately issue our mandate. Tex.R.App.P. 18.1(c).
