1. Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' punitive damages claims, (Doc. 4), is DENIED.

2. Defendants' motion to strike, (Doc. 4), is DENIED.

3. Defendants' motion for a more definite statement, (Doc. 4), is DENIED.
