DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to vacate dismissal of appeal and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for relief from undertaking requirement of Labor Law § 625 or, in the alternative, for reduction of amount of undertaking.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event appellant complies with the requirements of Labor Law § 625, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for relief from the undertaking requirement of Labor Law § 625 or, in the alternative, for a reduction of the amount of the undertaking is denied, without costs.
